The Lamborghini Gallardo (/ɡaɪˈjɑrdoʊ/; Italian: [ɡaʎˈʎardo]) was a sports car built by Lamborghini from 2003-2013. It was their most-produced model with 14,022 being built throughout its production cycle. The V-10 Gallardo has been Lamborghini's sales leader. The last Gallardo was rolled out of the factory on November 25, 2013.
Interestingly these have been used as police cars. In December 2004, two L140 Gallardos were donated to the Italian police in honor of the force's 152nd anniversary, one came from Automobili Lamborghini SpA while a second was donated by an independent organization. Also, 2 Yellow L140 Gallardos have been "temporary" police cars for the Metropolitan Police in London, England, one in 2005 and one in 2006, for specific publicity events. The 2006 vehicle was seen at the start of the 2006 Gumball Rally. Both vehicles were on loan from Lamborghini, London.
This is a very nice die cast that was totally taken apart, detailed and reassembled.
