This 1991 Caprice was built to resemble a police 9C1 police car package, for detective use. It was converted from the Revell Fire Chief/Taxi kit. It has license plates for the Pocatello (poke at tello), Idaho Police Department.
I see I have some touch up to do on the back bumper.
I finished this one on the morning of December 31, 2013. It is the last one for 2013. The first one for 2014 will probably be a 1993 Caprice of the RCMP, that I have been working on with this one.
