This is the copy of the Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet, built under license by Mitsubishi of Japan during WWII. These are tiny! You may notice I put the take off carriage (wheels) on upside down. I did this to lift the nose just a little for display purposes, since the skid is not extended.
The Japanese modified the aircraft to fit their available construction techniques. There are some visible differences, such as the canopy.
