I bought this 1972 Cutlass built. It was mostly a nice build with a good paint job, but it needed help. It was missing a wheel/tire, stock air cleaner, headlights, mirrors a door handle and the up-top. The original builder did a nice job of painting it and adding the Hurst graphics along with the 442 markings. The original Hurst cars were white with gold markings. I used an unbuilt kit to source the missing parts. I'm not a convertible person, so I added the black up-top. It is just tacked on with Elmers glue. I really like the red with gold trim.
The paint does not show orange peel, there is actually a silver sparkle to it.
